The Judging Process – for all entries except for Agency of the Year and Emerging Agency of the Year
Round 1
The first round of judging will take place on the 31 October and 1 November after which the shortlists will be announced.
Round 2
The second round of judging will take place on the 11 and 12 November where the panel will judge the shortlists.
As part of this round of judging, the independent Chairperson and Judging Co-ordinator may seek additional clarification from entrants.
Questions may be sent to the entrants in advance of a short video-call that may cover questions on more than one entry.
Round 3
The Independent Chairperson and Judging Co-ordinator will collate the results after the second round and may call for a third round of judging where there is no clear winner.
Judging of Agency of the Year
Meetings (pitching sessions) by invitation will be set with the entrants in the Agency of the Year category for the week of the 17th of November.
We anticipate the Q&A sessions will take 30-45mins.
It is anticipated that the Independent Chairperson and Judging Co-ordinator will submit a number of clarification questions to be discussed in the Q&A sessions along with a short “why we should win” Agency pitch.
