Gary Kirsten’s CoachED Cricket online platform is hosting a conference on the ninth of December.
CoachED Cricket is designed to ensure those coaching cricket at all levels can become qualified through various coaching courses and membership.
It’s an online cricket coach education with certification courses developed to enable cricket coaches to learn the basic skills of cricket coaching or enhance their current coaching knowledge and certification.

The virtual conference takes place between 13h00 and 16h00 on 9 December and features Kirsten and fellow former Proteas coach Eric Simons as the headline speakers, along with performance specialist Tom Dawson-Squibb.
Dawson-Squibb has worked in leadership and performance for over 10 years. He has worked extensively in the business and sporting worlds, “enabling effective behaviours, growing leadership, and helping teams become high-performing entities rather than just groups of people put together.”
The three speakers will be looking at the following topics:
- Coaching in T20 cricket
- Creating Team Culture
- Effective Communication
