The PUMA School of Speed Series – the schools athletics event – will boast three meetings this year and entries are now open.

The first event will take place at Dal Josaphat Athletics Stadium in Paarl on the 30th of October, followed by events at Tuks Athletics Stadium in Tshwane on the sixth of November, and Ruimsig Stadium in Roodepoort on the 13th of November.

“We are excited to open entries for the 2021 PUMA School of Speed Series,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports. “The pandemic has impacted all our lives and our children have not been spared with school sports being postponed on numerous occasions. After a very exciting Olympic Games in Tokyo, SA’s junior track & field stars are hungry to compete, and the PUMA School of Speed Series is the perfect event to curb that hunger. Launched in 2016 with a clear goal to identify South Africa’s exceptional talent, the PUMA School of Speed Series delivers on all promises. The meets are fast-paced and action-packed.”
