“Not only will the Twizza Super School Series provide athletes with the opportunity to perform at a higher level, but it will also expose the next generation of athletes to the mechanics of a major series, from call rooms to heats and finals,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports. “Together with Twizza, a proudly South African brand whose passion is infectious, we look forward to hosting a high-octane schools track and field series that is guaranteed to be a memorable experience for all involved.”
“We look forward to adrenaline pumping racing at the 2021/2022 Twizza Super School Series,” says Lance Coertzen, Twizza Group Marketing Manager. “We loved seeing the determination in the eyes of the athletes at the previous events. While the camaraderie between team members was heart-warming, it was the level of respect shown between athletes from competing schools that stood out the most to us. The future of track and field in South Africa is bright, and we are excited to part of it.”
Entry for competing schools is free of charge and team managers can download the entry form from the event website – www.superschoolseries.com.
There will be no spectators and supporters, due to Covid-19.
