Manchester City Unveil Global Betway Partnership

Manchester City and Betway have entered a multi-year agreement, which designates the gambling brand as the club’s global betting partner.

From the 2024/25 season, Betway will receive promotion both in-stadium and across the Premier League champions’ digital platforms.

The partnership sees the Super Group-owned company expand its sport sponsorship portfolio, which includes a principal partnership with West Ham United that dates back to 2015, and deals with Arsenal and Brighton.

Outside of the English top-flight, Betway has partnerships with LaLiga giants Atletico Madrid, as well as eight NBA franchises, and a league-wide agreement with the NHL, whilst this announcement from City came just days after Betway was unveiled as the new headline sponsor of South Africa’s Premiership.

“As a globally recognised brand, Betway has a strong pedigree and history of working with high-profile brands within the sports space and we’re excited to work together throughout the partnership,” said Ferran Soriano, CEO of City Football Group.

Neal Menashe, CEO of Super Group, added: “This agreement cements our place in the top tier of Premier League partners, ensuring that our Betway brand reaches fans in all corners of the globe.”
