Staytus Collection has announced the launch of a property development in and around the Boland Park Cricket ground in the heart of Paarl in the Western Cape.
The estate integrates with the cricket ground, offering residents open access to the grounds and the excitement of live matches. The completed development will be home to a hotel, complete with all amenities, and the Boland Oval Shopping Centre.
Spanning approximately 20 hectares with 20,000m² of commercial and retail space, the property boasts 726 residential units, including around 100 luxury apartments offering views of the cricket oval.

Starting price for the units is R979,500 (VAT inclusive) and there’s an opportunity for first-time buyers.
In addition to the lifestyle within the estate, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, two picturesque South African towns, are just a stone’s throw away, and Paarl is a 40-minute drive from Cape Town.
Paarl itself, as the regional hub and commercial centre of the Boland, offers an array of amenities, including multiple shopping centres, schools, medical facilities, three golf courses, and more.
The official launch of this project took place on 1 November, with further launch events to be hosted this month.
