The 2021 Cape Town Cycle Tour, presented by Pick n Pay, is scheduled to take place on the 10th of October.
That’s after it was postponed from its original date in March.
According to an announcement from the organisers, preparations for the event are well underway for the 43rd annual tour.
The wellbeing and safety of all cyclists and spectators is at the forefront of all planning.
“We continue to monitor the situation and will adapt the event to satisfy all required regulations that may be in place at the time,” said a statement from the organisers.
This will see the event run in October for the second time in its history – the inaugural event was on 28 October 1978.
