Former Proteas star JP Duminy has been named the head coach of the Paarl Royals for the inaugural SA20 tournament in January.
The 38-year-old only recently joined the local Gbets Rocks franchise in his first head coach position after a stint as the Lions batting consultant last season.
He will now go straight into the SA20 tournament with Titans head coach Mandla Mashimbyi as his bowling coach and Richard das Neves as spin bowling coach, along with Mark Charlton as the batting coach.

In other SA20 coaching news, MI Cape Town have appointed former Australian opener Simon Katich as their head coach, along with Proteas legend Hashim Amla as batting coach.
Joining them are former New Zealand batsman James Pamment as fielding coach, whilst former South African player and domestic coach Robin Peterson has been appointed General Manager.
