The England Premier League has initiated a dedicated ‘No Room For Racism’ campaign across all fixtures from 19-27 October.

The campaign highlights the league’s ongoing commitment to combat discrimination and promote diversity within football.

Throughout these match rounds, the league and clubs “come together to celebrate the strength that diversity brings to the game and to reaffirm their collective dedication to ensuring that everyone feels welcome in every aspect of football,” said a Premier League statement.

All 20 Premier League clubs have nominated a ‘No Room For Racism Icon’ to recognise the contributions of black, Asian, and minority ethnic individuals within the sport and to showcase the significance of diversity both on and off the pitch.

The Premier League has commissioned artist Kingsley Nebechi to create illustrations of the nominated icons, which will be showcased across league and club channels. This initiative also includes various content pieces that demonstrate the impact these individuals have made.

In addition, an illustration will be produced to honour the contributions of former Kick It Out Chair, Lord Herman Ouseley, who sadly passed away earlier this month.
