Cricket South Africa recently hosted a successful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Indaba, which took place in Tshwane in July.
The event revisited the resolutions from the 2018 Transformation Indaba and assessed the progress made by the South African cricket ecosystem over the past five years.
The indaba gathered thought leaders and cricket professionals, including players and player management, and explored strategies for advancing DEI initiatives within the sport. The 16 CSA affiliates were represented by DEI chairpersons, CEOs, cricket services managers, coaches, and developers, among other stakeholders.
