“It is with great excitement that I accept the challenge to return to a very special team and cricket union and a passionate cricketing community I have served before”, said Morgan. “I am deeply motivated to continue the great work done by Michael Smith and CEO Jason Sathiaseelan and staff, and move the team toward their goals going forward. I have worked with most of the players at some stage or other somewhere and want them to also reach their individual goals within the team context, and enjoy their cricket and time in our special place in Pietermaritzburg.”
“No stranger to KZN Inland, Grant Morgan will bring the care factor to our organisation. He has won many trophies at KZN Inland and has a proven track record in this regard. Having coached at franchise level, Grant will bring invaluable experience to the Tuskers set up”, said Sathiaseelan.
