SuperSport have reached agreement with the Confederation of African Football for new media rights and TV agreements for the 2024/25 CAF Interclub competitions to be broadcast in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The rights include broadcast of African football’s most popular club competitions: TotalEnergies CAF Champions League 2024/25, TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup 2024/25, CAF Women’s Champions League 2024, and TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2025.
This means local football fans will get a chance to see clubs such as Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates (CAF Champions League) and Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies (Women’s Champions League) in action. That’s along with other African giants, such as Champions League title-holders Al Ahly (Egypt), Espérance Sportive de Tunis (Tunisia), CR Belouizdad (Algeria), Raja Casablanca (Morocco) and TP Mazembe (DR Congo), who have all qualified for the CAF Champions League group stages.
